Self-Care Is your attitude ALL or Nothing

Self-Care cutting the cords that binds us to unproductive, unfulfilling, unapproachable life. This involves releasing, subtracting to add or divide ALL HABITS that will not promote and allow for self-care. You have heard this statement before when in flight and an emergency occurs; we are directed to put on our oxygen mask first before tending to anyone else. Self- care in this season requires you to tend FIRST to your spiritual, health, physical, and mental needs first before you can with care and love tend to the needs of others (choosing to be the martyr/sacrificial lamb may be noble, but is it necessary or healthy). This season is the perfect time to take stock of your self-care needs; be aware of what you would like to materialize in the next phase of your life. This involves releasing, subtracting to add or divide ALL HABITS that will not promote and allow for self-care.

I will make it personal, for me this means constantly scanning my environment most of all my internal environment-compass-thermostat to discern and to regulate based on what matters most to me. I AM adding more joy, peace, and habits that promote growth and forward movement-----while subtracting, releasing and neutralizing any odor, energy, noise that may potentially weaken, disempower, sabotage, or delay my resolve for an improved life.

Spirit is CALLING it's time to wake up-shake up-change up the way we look at things, so that the things we look at may change(Dr. Wayne Dyer).

Action Step: Create a vision board of your self-care plan; place it somewhere to be seen daily as a reminder to love, value, take care, and increase your self-worth.
