These emotions rob us of joy, peace and most of all 'TIME' if not recognized and appropriately addressed. Jim Rohn said,“Days are expensive. When you spend a day you have one less day to spend. So make sure you spend each one wisely.”
Instead of exerting excessive time in an indecisive or frustrated mode; when these emotions show up ask: what are you trying to say/show me NOW? What do you need from me today? I see feel and recognize your presence, help me to uncover, dissolve, and heal so that I am able to move forward. Just like people, our emotional energies need recognition - they are there to guide and bring our attention to unresolved known or unknown issues. They can serve as prevention mechanisms or warnings; if addressed Now may keep us healthy Spirit, body, and mind. Like an auto mobile when the lights come on it's a sign to STOP and check to see what needs attention, so that you can continue to drive safely (for self and for others).
It will serve us well not to ignore or put off giving attention to these emotions that only wants to keep us whole healed and healthy.
