Week 2 Let your light shine...Go from... victim to Victorious; good girl to Goddess; lady to Liberator; why me to TRY ME.
Research shows Fear is the number ONE key to Stagnation I'm right there with you, I've been there, still do. You have to understand, every new level of growth requires acquiring some new skills, exposure to new levels of thinking, and possible environments. To say it frankly, fear will always be a factor for those who are determined to grow; however, we must consciously recognize it's presence and put it in it's place as a subordinator character, not the director. I'm mastering my Emotion to Move Mountains. Fear it, let's do it anyway. Let Go...Let's Get Going!!! What is fear? It the gate keeper to our FUTURE. I know some of you can relate to this. As a young mother of 4 (all 4 by age 25 married and single) I felt like my future was delayed, denied or seriously over. Why I was afraid to dream, or maybe I just couldn't see beyond where I was, that is, current circumstances. Working minimum wage; more month than money; to top it off no support from the father of these beautiful gifts I had given birth to.
So, what's a girl to do? My Spirit guide was always available in hindsight, I promise you I couldn't see it then. The Fear was real: fear of living; fear of dying; fear of looking in the mirror wondering where the hell did I go wrong? I will not bore you today with all the details of devastation after divorce; attempts of suicide; failed business, or even my immigration status in my mid teens-there will be time for sharing later. Let me help you overcome your fear, causing you rise to a higher more level ALIGNED playing field. Do the following to***Let Fear Go.*** TAKE the driver seat by:
Putting it on the spot
Asking direct and probing questions
Challenging it to look forward & stop reinvestigating the past
Putting it on Pause, stop now, invite it to parlay later
